INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   Perhaps more now than ever, a business's value might reside in certain assets collectively known as "Intellectual Property."  Specifically the assets might include written texts, audio or video recordings, softare programs, logos, slogans and product packaging and designs.  Like any other asset it is wise to protect these assets against improper takings.  To that end, an appropriate Copyright, Trademark, Service Mark or Trade Dress Registration or some combination of the same can provide such protection.
